Starting as a digital marketer in 2022, Kai’s journey has been nothing short of inspiring - progressing swiftly through roles to become commercial lead and data analyst by early 2024, all while studying for a Graduate Apprenticeship in Data Science at Robert Gordon University.

Among his standout achievements are the development of a digital training platform to embed risk management in safety-critical operations, as well as leading a proposal for emissions optimisation in offshore wind. His work has directly supported Marex’s transition from a 95% oil and gas focus to a more diversified portfolio – now with 40% of its clients in renewables and new sectors.
