Leading North-east sales and lettings agency Northwood has unveiled a new product which will offer landlords peace of mind and a reliable income from day one.
Instant Rent is a new service which has been launched by Northwood North East for landlords across the City and Shire.
While some Northwood franchises in other regions have offered this model before, this is the first time it has been available in Scotland.
Northwood operations manager Matt Pullinger said: “We are very excited to bring this innovative service to local landlords. Instant Rent is similar to our Guaranteed Rent offering, but with one key difference – the contract starts from day one that the property is ready* and runs for a minimum of three years.
“This ensures no waiting period and that landlords start receiving rent instantly, regardless of whether a tenant is in place. Not every property qualifies automatically though. As with Guaranteed Rent, we assess the property first and if it meets our criteria, we will issue a formal written offer.”

To be eligible for Instant Rent, the property must be safe and compliant, with the necessary safety certificates in place. It must also be clean, well-maintained, and ready to let.
