Leading sales and lettings agency Northwood North East has launched a new weekly service for landlords, offering free, impartial advice and guidance on all aspects of landlord responsibilities in Scotland.
Operations director Matt Pullinger will be available online every Tuesday from 2pm to answer questions from landlords who may be feeling overwhelmed with their responsibilities, from repair obligations to contractual disputes and keeping compliant and up to date with the ever-changing legislation.
Matt said: “We get a great deal of questions from landlords, so we thought it would be helpful if they had a one-stop shop they could visit each week.
“Whether landlords own one property or several, we’re here to help them navigate their responsibilities with confidence.”
