Northwood Sales & Lettings is recruiting an experienced Residential Sales Advisor to join its award-winning team.
The new part-time role offers an exciting opportunity for an ambitious property professional to join one of the North-east’s leading independent sales and letting agencies.
Based primarily at Northwood’s Rosemount office, the successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director and Residential Sales Manager, managing the sales journey from initial enquiry through to completion.
Responsibilities will include valuations and market preparation, viewings, negotiating offers, managing buyer and seller relationships and liaising with solicitors and other stakeholders.
The role will also involve representing Northwood at local networking, community and property events, helping strengthen the company’s presence across the region.
Previous residential sales or property industry experience is essential, along with excellent communication and organisational skills, a customer-focused approach and the confidence to negotiate and build strong relationships. A full clean driving licence is also required, with flexibility to work across Northwood’s Rosemount, Inverurie and Banchory branches, including some evening and weekend rota work.
