The team at Northwood North East was honoured with the prestigious Community Champion 2025 award at this year’s annual Northwood Awards and Dinner.

The recognition highlights Northwood’s exceptional commitment to supporting local communities and charities across the region.

The awards evening followed the Northwood Conference 2025, which had the theme, ‘Turning Disruption into Advantage: Unlocking Growth in a Changing Property Industry’. The conference brought together leaders from across the network to explore how adaptability and community-focused thinking can fuel success in an evolving market.

The Community Champion award celebrates offices that consistently go above and beyond in delivering positive social impact. Community engagement is at the forefront of Northwood North East’s mission, supporting and partnering with local charities and investing time and resources into make a difference for people across the North-east.

Adding to the celebrations, Northwood also secured third place in the ‘Best Lettings Office UK’ category, which recognises the team’s professionalism, customer service excellence and commitment to delivering trusted expertise in a competitive market.
