Northwood is inviting applications for a Property Manager to join its award-winning team, offering an exciting opportunity for both experienced property professionals and those looking to begin a new career in the industry.
The full-time position will involve managing a portfolio of rental properties and providing a high standard of service to landlords and tenants. The successful candidate will also work with colleagues across the company’s lettings and sales teams, as well as liaising with contractors and other clients.
The role offers a varied working environment, with responsibilities including marketing rental properties, conducting viewings, coordinating maintenance, carrying out inspections and managing tenant check-ins and check-outs.
Northwood is seeking an organised, proactive and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and customer service skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment. A full, clean driving licence is essential.
While previous property management experience and relevant industry qualifications would be welcomed, they are not essential. Northwood is keen to hear from candidates who demonstrate the right attitude, a willingness to learn and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
The position offers a competitive salary, with access to a bonus scheme after one year’s service, alongside a pension scheme, staff wellbeing support and opportunities for career development. Company pool cars are also available for business use.
Working 36.5 hours per week, the successful candidate will be based primarily at the Aberdeen office, with occasional work required at Northwood’s Inverurie and Banchory branches. The start date is negotiable.
