Nuvo HR is pleased to announce the appointment of Lucy McCutcheon as Human Resource Assistant.
Lucy joins the team with a background in hospitality and customer service, having previously worked as a supervisor in cafés across Aberdeen City. Alongside her professional experience, she completed a Diploma in Information Technology at North East Scotland College before progressing to Robert Gordon University, where she is set to graduate this year with a BA (Hons) in Human Resource Management.
Lucy has also gained experience working with a startup company on projects focused on sustainability, innovation, and social impact, helping her develop a strong understanding of how businesses can create positive change while supporting both people and the planet.
Drawn to Nuvo HR by its strong people-focused values, Lucy is looking forward to developing her HR knowledge within a consultancy environment and supporting a wide range of businesses across different industries.
