A leading independent occupational health provider is gearing up to celebrate a decade in business by announcing that turnover has surpassed £2million ahead of its landmark anniversary.

Aberdeenshire-based Granite Occupational Health (GOH), which will mark its 10th anniversary in 2027, is also on track to expand its team from 24 to 30 people by the end of this year.  The recruitment drive will include the addition of a business development specialist to support growth across key sectors, including energy and construction.

The imminent addition of seafarers’ medicals, and an associated appointment to oversee this expansion to the portfolio, is another significant step forward that brings this rare and sought-after provision in-house for the first time.

The expansion of personnel and services at the independent company has prompted the need for larger premises, with GOH likely to begin its anniversary year in new Aberdeenshire headquarters.
