Leaders of the energy industry, policymakers and experts will come together at Offshore Energies UK’s flagship OEUK Conference 2025 - The Future Of Our North Sea to discuss government policy decisions shaping the North Sea’s future and the UK’s energy supply chain.
Sponsored by bp with supporting sponsor Baker Hughes, the conference will serve as a platform for discussions on the core issues challenging the business landscape, from industrial strategy to oil and gas licensing, shifting geopolitics and international energy investment.
Delegates will be offered insights from leading specialists in energy policy and politics, who will address critical topics impacting the industry’s future prospects.
Key sessions will focus on the fiscal and regulatory regimes, supply chain dynamics, workforce development, and the ongoing energy transition supporting the UK’s net zero ambitions.
Speaking ahead of the event Mark Wilson, HSE & Operations Director OEUK, said: "Maintaining UK domestic energy production is at the heart of critical policy decision-making and has global implications. This conference is a vital forum to discuss the future of the North Sea and the best use of our natural resources.
“We are bringing together leaders to explain the latest thinking on how the sector can navigate challenges and seize opportunities as the energy landscape rapidly evolves.”
