OSM is pleased to announce the appointment of Pia Meling as the new Chief Marine Services Officer of OSM Thome.
Pia joined OSM Thome in March 2025 and brings broad experience across maritime operations, sustainability, and strategic leadership. She most recently served as Managing Director of Evigo, leading the Group’s work in sustainable shipping and maritime decarbonisation. An internationally recognised leader in the maritime industry, Pia combines strong operational shipping experience with strategic insight and a practical, customer-focused approach.
As Chief Marine Services Officer, Pia will focus on strengthening and growing Marine Services across the Group, driving operational excellence, and ensuring safe, reliable, and high-quality services for OSM’s customers. Her experience in translating strategy into operational results will support closer alignment, consistency, and performance across teams—both at sea and ashore.
Pia succeeds Tommy Olofsen, who previously held the role and has now been appointed Group Managing Director, ensuring continuity as the Group moves into its next phase of development.
