Outline Event Services has made a strategic investment in a lightweight, reusable matrix system, enhancing its ability to deliver bespoke exhibition stands while reducing environmental impact.

The modular system offers a broad range of design possibilities, suitable for both shell scheme and custom stand builds. With its lightweight aluminium framework, the kit is not only easy to transport and reconfigure but also supports OES’s goal of cutting down on single-use materials.

“Our focus is on reducing waste without compromising creativity,” said Fraser Young for Outline Event Services. “This system gives us the design flexibility our clients need — while supporting a more sustainable way to build.”

The matrix system has already been used at five exhibitions earlier this year, proving its durability and visual appeal across a variety of settings. It will next feature at a string of major events including Offshore Europe, Pensions UK, Hydrogen Technology Expo, Floating Offshore Wind, and LiftEx.

As the demand for sustainable exhibition solutions grows, Outline Event Services is positioning itself at the forefront of the transition — helping clients reduce their environmental footprint while achieving strong brand visibility on the show floor.
