P&J Live, Aberdeen’s largest live event venue, has agreed a media partnership with STV Radio – Scotland’s new national radio station and STV – Scotland’s home of TV news, entertainment and drama.

The partnership aligns with the Scottish-rooted venue’s ambition to grow through the delivery of quality content and promotion of its varied programme of events to a diverse, engaged audience.

The two-year partnership will deliver increased visibility for both brands including advertising campaigns for P&J Live on STV Radio and STV; and a strong presence for the new radio station across the venue and on socials; as well as experiential activity, ticket giveaways – and lots more to come.

Launching at tomorrow evening’s event (Peter Kay), fans will be welcomed onto the venue’s concourse to experience the STV Radio photobooth and create fun-filled video content for the chance to win a pair of tickets to a future P&J Live event.

Rob Wicks, Managing Director at P&J Live, said: “This partnership is a natural synergy as we move to broaden our national reach and engage with more fans across Scotland and beyond. The ability to be able to bring people together and reward fans, all while working with a broadcaster that has a dedication to variety, personality and a broad range of music, is something that we are delighted to undertake.”

Angela Wylie, Sales Director (Scotland) from STV, said: “We’ve worked with the brilliant team at P&J Live for some time, and we’re delighted to be deepening that relationship through this enhanced partnership. As the beating heart of live events in the north, P&J Live is a natural fit for STV—especially now with the launch of STV Radio, increasing our connection with audiences across Scotland. We’re excited to collaborate on creating great content and memorable experiences for audiences.”
