Jim Grimmer, founder of P3 Business Care, has announced the appointment of Stacy Edghill as a P3 business partner, strengthening the organisation’s support for leaders and teams across the business community.
“Stacy brings significant business experience, strong values and a genuine commitment to people,” said Grimmer. “She is well known and highly respected within the Aberdeen business community, and her relational approach aligns strongly with P3’s mission to care for people personally, pastorally and professionally.”
Stacy brings more than 25 years’ experience across business development, leadership, sales and events, and has worked with a wide range of organisations locally and nationally.

She will join P3 Business Care in a part-time capacity, while continuing to run her own business, Hibiscus Media, enabling her to maintain existing client relationships alongside her new role.
Commenting on her appointment, Stacy said P3’s people-centred approach closely reflects her own values and desire to support individuals and organisations in a more meaningful way.
Outside of business, Stacy is actively involved in her local church and is a proud mum and grandmother.
