P3 Business Care has been confirmed as a Strategic Partner of the Leadership in Energy Conference, taking place at The Marcliffe Hotel, Aberdeen, on 12 November 2026.
Organised by AMHWAL Academy, the breakfast conference will bring together senior leaders from across the energy sector to share ideas, hear different perspectives, challenge traditional thinking and learn from one another.
The event comes at a time when leaders across the energy industry are navigating significant change, uncertainty and competing demands. Alongside commercial and operational pressures, organisations are having to consider how they engage their people, maintain strong cultures and provide effective leadership when the landscape ahead is not always clear.
P3 Business Care will support the event as a Strategic Partner, with Jim Brimmer, founder of P3 Business Care, also joining the expert panel discussion.

The wider Leadership in Energy initiative is being developed as a platform for ideas, conversations and research for leaders shaping the energy sector, bringing together live events, podcasts and thought leadership.
The Leadership in Energy Conference takes place from 8:00 am to 10:30 am on Thursday, 12 November 2026 at The Marcliffe Hotel, Aberdeen.
