PARADIGM is proud to announce the official opening of its state-of-the-art Technology Deployment Centre (TDC) named Paradyce, in Aberdeen.
The launch also marks the celebration of 15 years in business.
The opening took place on Wednesday, 3rd September, during Offshore Europe Week, one of Europe’s largest gatherings of energy professionals.
The event featured a ribbon-cutting ceremony, officially opened by the guest of honour, the Lord Provost of Aberdeen.
The expanded Aberdeen facility supports the significant investment in innovation, research, and development that PARADIGM has made to lower the total operational cost and carbon impact of hydrocarbon production throughout the industry. This facility, along with the substantial Capital Investment into Drilling, Well Intervention, Production Enhancement, and Fire Protection equipment, will support the deployment of PARADIGM’s core technologies and the strategic leverage of its portfolio of over 100 patents.
Lord Provost expressed his amazement at the facility: “Wow! I am absolutely blown away by this facility and the work you're doing to improve the industry so much. I’ve been part of the offshore industry for 50 years now, and had some of your technologies been available back then, it would have been a completely different industry today. What you're doing is going to keep this industry going.”

The opening of ParaDyce was attended by colleagues, industry leaders, and business partners, who were offered exclusive previews of some of the pioneering technologies and solutions that Paradigm brings to the global energy market, including drilling optimization, production enhancement, well intervention, and fire protection.
There was also a networking BBQ lunch to celebrate the festivities, which made it a successful day overall.
