Parkhill Property Leasing (PPL) has acquired the residential leasing arm of James & George Collie Solicitors & Estate Agents in a six-figure deal.
The acquisition adds 300 properties across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire to PPL’s portfolio, taking the total number of homes under management to 900.
Three members of James & George Collie’s leasing team will also transfer to PPL, increasing its headcount to 12.
The deal is the latest expansion by the Aberdeen firm, which acquired Ledingham Chalmers’ residential rentals business in another six-figure transaction in 2023, doubling its client base at the time.
Continued growth subsequently prompted PPL to move from Rosemount Place to larger premises on Albert Street earlier this year.
