Aberdeen-based residential letting and property management firm Parkhill Property Leasing (Parkhill) has completed a six-figure acquisition, increasing its managed portfolio by 50% to 900 properties.
Parkhill has purchased the leasing division of James & George Collie Solicitors and Estate Agents, transferring 300 properties to the business and extending its footprint across the north and south of Aberdeenshire.

Established in 2005, Parkhill has grown from a handful of properties into one of Aberdeen’s leading full-service property management companies. In 2023, the firm completed the transfer of Ledingham Chalmers leasing portfolio, with further development prompting a move to larger premises in the West End of Aberdeen last year.
Parkhill is now seeking further opportunities to acquire residential letting portfolios as it continues to expand.

Three staff from James & George Collie’s leasing division will move to Parkhill’s offices on 23 Albert Street, Aberdeen, bringing the total staff headcount to 12.
