Penspen and C&I Engineering Solutions, a Penspen company, have welcomed Stephanie Fitzgerald as Regional Business Development Manager, supporting growth across Scotland's energy and industrial sectors.
Based in Aberdeen, Stephanie is responsible for developing client relationships, identifying new opportunities and increasing awareness of the combined capabilities available across both businesses. Working closely with technical and operational teams, she supports clients across traditional energy, energy transition, industrial decarbonisation and wider infrastructure projects.
Stephanie brings more than 15 years of experience in the energy sector, having held operational, commercial and business development roles throughout her career. Prior to joining Penspen, she worked within the engineering and services sector supporting major operators and contractors across the UK energy market, building a strong network of industry relationships and a reputation for taking a practical, people-focused approach to business development.
International engineering consultancy Penspen acquired Aberdeen-based control and Instrumentation engineering consultancy C&I Engineering Solutions in October 2024. In her role, Stephanie is helping clients access C&I Engineering Solutions' specialist controls, automation, and electrical engineering expertise, alongside Penspen's wider engineering, project management, asset integrity, and energy transition capabilities, creating a broader offering to support projects from concept development through to delivery.
