Monday, August 24 will mark the return of two key in store services at John Lewis and Partners Aberdeen.

Partners and customers will welcome the return of both home design appointments and personal styling sessions.

During lockdown, and since the store reopening in July 2020, both services had transitioned to virtual appointments with great success.

However, with robust risk assessments and plans in place, the services are now set to reopen for face-to-face appointments.

Head of branch for John Lewis Aberdeen, Jamie Wishart said, “Our partners have done an incredible job during challenging times to continue to deliver our personal styling and home design services, but we are delighted that we are now able to welcome customers back for in store appointments.

“Our digital appointments have proved hugely successful, and we will continue to offer that service, but our teams have been working tirelessly to put plans in place to make face-to-face appointments possible once again.”
