A fully let retail park just outside Aberdeen has been put up for sale - with an asking price of just over £18million.
Portlethen Retail Park, which boasts more than 107,000 sq ft of warehouse space across four units let to Aldi, Home Bargains, Matalan and B&M, is for sale through agents Sheridan Keane.
With an asking price of £18,150,000, the park currently brings in more than £1.3million a year in rent, equating to a yield of 7%.
The sales brochure highlights the site's "prime location" just seven miles south of Aberdeen on Muirend Road, serving a catchment population of half a million people.
It states: "The park provides the main shopping provision for the town and surrounding area and benefits from being anchored by a 65,000 sq ft ASDA supermarket with PFS and a 3,500 sq ft McDonald’s drive-thru restaurant.
