Procurement Hub is again attending The UK’s Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) 2025, held in Leeds from 20 to 22 May, as part of its commitment to supporting the future of infrastructure, regeneration and investment across the UK.
Bringing together over 10,000 industry leaders, investors, developers, local authorities and government representatives, UKREiiF provides a vital platform to address the UK’s major built environment challenges, from housing delivery and infrastructure funding to decarbonisation and social value.
Procurement Hub will be exhibiting with its full Client Relationship Manager team, representing every region of the UK:
- Andrew Peck – West & Wales
- Beverley Tattersall – North & East
- Louise Morris – Midlands
- Courtney Cole – South
- Philip Chan – Scotland & Northern Ireland
- Sacha Walley – Supplier Relationship (UK-Wide)
The team works closely with clients to understand regional needs and help them leverage Procurement Hub’s solutions, including the Major Projects Framework (MPF2). MPF2 is designed to assist local authorities and public bodies in delivering large-scale construction and regeneration projects with speed, compliance, and purpose, offering access to trusted delivery partners such as Robertson Group, Willmott Dixon and Farrans.
For Scotland, UKREiiF 2025 represents an important opportunity to explore how Procurement Hub’s solutions can support the region’s unique infrastructure and regeneration challenges. With an emphasis on sustainability, social value and compliance, Scotland is facing increasing pressure to deliver on ambitious projects that align with national and local policy goals.
Philip Chan, Procurement Hub’s Client Relationship Manager for Scotland, will be on hand to discuss how the MPF2 can provide a streamlined, compliant route to accelerate delivery and foster long-term impact. By working closely with local authorities and public bodies, Procurement Hub is committed to helping Scotland’s public sector meet its development goals while adhering to the highest standards of procurement practice.
UKREiiF 2025 will be a platform for Procurement Hub to meet with partners old and new, share best practice and explore new opportunities for collaboration across the UK’s construction and real estate landscape.
