A new Heating Services Framework has been launched to streamline the procurement process for public sector organisations, offering a direct award to framework partner Sureserve.
The framework is available to public sector organisations across the UK, including Scotland, providing a streamlined approach to securing essential heating services. With Sureserve’s extensive experience in delivering compliant and energy-efficient solutions, the framework supports Scottish housing providers, local authorities, and public bodies in maintaining safe, warm, and sustainable homes while meeting regulatory requirements.
Designed to provide a compliant and efficient route to securing high-quality heating services, the framework aims to eliminate the need for lengthy and resource-intensive tendering processes. It covers a range of services, including installation, maintenance, compliance, and audits.
Sureserve, a nationwide provider, delivers energy-efficient solutions focused on warm, safe, and compliant homes while improving residents’ quality of life. With an in-house team of engineers, advanced data management capabilities, and a commitment to social value, the company is well-positioned to offer reliable heating services that meet industry standards.
Senior buyer Molly Morgan said: “We are thrilled to launch our new Heating Services Framework in partnership with Sureserve. We've listened to our members and developed a solution that addresses their key challenges, delivering both efficiency and value. Working with a trusted partner like Sureserve ensures the highest quality of service, support, and value.”
Pat Coleman, director at Sureserve, added: “Following a robust tender exercise, Sureserve Compliance is delighted to have been chosen as the sole provider for gas maintenance and heating services on the Procurement Hub framework. We have a long history of delivering a high-quality, sustainable service to our clients, with compliance and customer satisfaction at the core of our operations. We look forward to working closely with Procurement Hub and strengthening our partnership.”
