QHSE Aberdeen has announced it is recruiting a Head of Operations as part of its continued growth and commitment to maintaining high operational standards.
The Aberdeen-based company, which holds its own triple ISO certifications in 9001, 14001 and 45001, is strengthening its senior leadership team with the creation of this key role.
The Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day delivery across client contracts, while leading and developing a team of QHSE advisors. The position will also support business growth through involvement in tenders, identifying new opportunities and strengthening client relationships.
The appointment is expected to further enhance operational efficiency and ensure consistently high standards across the business as it continues to expand.

• Proven leadership experience in a similar role
• Strong commercial awareness and client-focused mindset
• Experience in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent
• Lead Auditor qualification in ISO
• Full UK driving licence
