Raeburn Christie Clark & Wallace (Raeburns) is celebrating the promotion of four members of its team to Senior Associate: Andrew Bruce, Ruth Lussier, Kirsty Dunning and Aaron Doran.
Together, they bring decades of experience, with each promotion recognising not only their legal expertise but also the trusted relationships they have built with clients and colleagues.
Ruth Lussier's journey with Raeburns began almost 14 years ago, when she joined the firm as a secretary before progressing through trainee, solicitor and associate roles to become Senior Associate within the firm’s private client department.
"That journey demonstrates the firm's commitment to investing in its people and providing opportunities for growth and development," said Ruth. "I've achieved a lot in my almost 14 years with the firm. Let's see what the next 14 will bring."
Andrew Bruce said he is looking forward to taking on greater responsibility while continuing to support clients across the North-east of Scotland.
"I'm excited to broaden my experience and continue learning, while making a greater contribution to the team," said Andrew, who is based in the residential property department.
For Kirsty Dunning, also in the private client team, the promotion reflects both her professional development and the confidence colleagues have placed in her throughout her career.
"I hope it shows that I have built the skills and trust needed to take on greater responsibility, support my colleagues, and contribute more strategically to the firm's success," she said.
Aaron Doran joined the firm's Litigation department nine years ago. Since then, he has worked closely with colleagues across the business while supporting and mentoring junior members of the team.
"I'm proud to have reached this stage in my career, but it's particularly rewarding to progress alongside a team I really enjoy working with," said Aaron. "I'm looking forward to building on that experience and continuing to work with clients on a wide range of interesting and complex matters."
Heather Stephen, Managing Partner, said the promotions are a source of pride for the firm.
"Each of these individuals has reached a point in their career where they are making a significant contribution, not only through their legal expertise and client relationships, but through the support they provide colleagues and the wider contribution they make to the firm. We're incredibly proud to see each of them reach this milestone and look forward to watching them continue to develop their careers at Raeburns," said Heather.
The promotions reflect Raeburns' continued investment in developing talent from within, as the firm also expands its team with a number of opportunities currently available across the business. More information is available at raeburns.co.uk/careers.
