Red Rooster Lifting has announced a partnership with GMC Lifting Solutions AS to strengthen access to its specialist lifting capability across the Norwegian market.
The partnership will support offshore, marine and industrial customers by combining Red Rooster Lifting’s air hoist expertise and engineered lifting capability with GMC Lifting Solutions AS’ lifting and handling experience, local customer support and strong in-country market presence.
Through GMC Lifting Solutions AS, customers in Norway will be able to access Red Rooster Lifting’s rental and sales offering with the benefit of local contact, practical technical support and manufacturer-backed product knowledge. The arrangement gives customers the reassurance of dealing directly with a Norwegian company while gaining access to Red Rooster Lifting’s wider technical capability.
Red Rooster Lifting’s specialist range is designed to support offshore, marine and industrial lifting requirements. Rental and sales solutions are available from 250 kg to 60 tonne, including air hoists, hoist and trolley solutions, low headroom and ultra-low headroom options, as well as cross hauling configurations.
The partnership is intended to offer more than equipment supply alone, giving customers in Norway access to OEM knowledge, product support and engineered lifting capability. The offer will support lifting requirements where technical understanding, product suitability and dependable support are critical to successful project delivery.

The new relationship is significant for the Norwegian market because it strengthens GMC Lifting Solutions AS’ local offer with Red Rooster Lifting’s established offshore and marine lifting expertise. Red Rooster Lifting has been trusted globally for decades, with a proven track record across demanding lifting applications and real-world project case studies.
The partnership is already active in Norway, including the supply of 50 tonne, ATEX Zone 2 air hoists and trolleys through GMC Lifting Solutions AS for a recent offshore project.
