Redsquid has announced its acquisition of RedMosquito, based in Glasgow, Scotland.
This marks Redsquid's third acquisition in Scotland and the fourth acquisition this year, further solidifying its position as the leading IT solutions provider in the Scottish region.
An expansion in Scotland
Following Redsquid’s first acquisition in Aberdeen November last year, and in Fife April this year Redsquid continues its invest and growth in the area. With RedMosquito, the Scottish team grow to over 40 team members, making sure a full team is available across all technology services for its customers in the area.
With a new office presence and the addition of RedMosquito’s large and experienced team Redsquid’s presence now more than doubles pacing the way for faster delivery and increased services that can be delivered as top-tier solutions with agility and precision.

The acquisition of RedMosquito was facilitated with strategic advice from Altenburg Advisory and marks Redsquid’s third acquisition in Scotland with 20 new team members and a Glasgow office presence. Supported by ThinCats, this is Redsquid 4th acquisition this year.
Founders Sohin Raithatha and Vince Mignacca remain as the only shareholders and will continue to lead the company, having successfully grown it over the last 19 years.
