Reform UK Deputy Leader Richard Tice is being investigated over an alleged failure to declare an interest.
The investigation by the parliamentary standards watchdog opened on July 28 and was published in the Parliamentary Standards Commissioner this week.
The BBC reports Tice, who is the MP for Boston and Skegness, said the complaint related to a Commons debate about Israeli influence and whether he should have referenced his register of interests.
The issue relates to a trip to Israel in September 2025 which was funded by a pro-Israel lobbying group.
While Tice has listed the trip in his Declaration of Members' Interests, he failed to mention it during a speech he gave on June 22.
The investigation relates to Rule 6 in the parliamentary code of conduct, stating: "Members must always be open and frank in declaring any relevant interest in any proceeding of the House or its committees, and in any communications with ministers, members, public officials or public office holders."
