Researchers from Robert Gordon University (RGU) will share the latest findings from a global survey of wind workers, offering a unique insight into the human factors shaping safety across the industry.

A series of webinars are being held throughout June to share valuable insights emerging from the data, highlighting the perspectives of a range of factors from situation awareness and organisational culture.

The research project, led by Dr Ruby Roberts from Aberdeen Business School, aims to support safety, wellbeing, and performance for wind technicians working in high-risk environments.

Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of the diverse human factors and safety experiences of wind workers and the implications for creating safer, more effective working environments in your organisation.

This online seminar is ideal for health and safety or training professionals, wind industry operators, technicians, managers, researchers, and anyone interested in improving safety through a human factors perspective, offering practical, evidence-based insights to better support the people at the heart of wind energy.

This webinar is repeated on three dates. The content is the same in each session, so you can choose the one that suits you best.
