Rob Diver’s distinguished career began with nine years in the British military, before transitioning into public service with Thames Valley Police, the Metropolitan Police, and Police Scotland.
Following his police service, he was appointed as an advisor to the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO), stationed at the Joint Warfare Centre in Norway, where he contributed to classified resilience-building initiatives across member states.
Today, Rob holds the position of Head of risk and resilience at Integrity HSE, where he supports several clients in navigating the physical and cyber threats that face modern organisations.
His work spans geopolitical risk forecasting, traveller security oversight, business continuity, and emergency response. The reality is simple: the strategic insights that Rob provides give Integrity HSE’s clients a competitive advantage few can match.
Now, amid rapidly escalating global tensions caused by the likes of the war in Ukraine and conflicts in the Middle East, many organisations have realised that the way they have previously managed operational and project security risk is no longer fit for purpose.
If you want visibility of your organisations threat profile, and peace of mind that you are managing it appropriately, contact Rob and his team at enquiries@integrityhse.co.uk.
