Get ready for an unforgettable night of classic rock and roll! The spectacular Roy Orbison and the Traveling Wilburys Tribute Show is coming to the Aberdeen Arts Centre on Saturday, August 8.

Featuring top-tier musicians, a live band, and five phenomenal tribute acts, the show promises timeless hits, top-notch vocals, and brilliant tongue-in-cheek humour.

A TRIBUTE TO FIVE MUSIC LEGENDS

Although the original supergroup—Roy Orbison, George Harrison, Tom Petty, Bob Dylan, and Jeff Lynne—never actually toured, this critically acclaimed live show gives fans the ultimate chance to experience how magical that concert would have been. Packed with big-screen visuals and expert narratives, the night features soaring renditions of classics like Pretty Woman, Mr Blue Sky, and Handle with Care.

HOMECOMING FOR LOCAL TOUR MANAGER

The production's tour manager, Jayne Hopkins is originally from Newmachar and is absolutely thrilled to be bringing this hit touring show to her hometown. Based in Nottingham for the past 20 years she says ‘you can perform all over the world, but nothing is quite as exciting as coming home and bringing your show to your local theatre’.
