Leading audit, tax and consulting firm RSM’s Aberdeen office has raised more than £10,000 for SensationALL, a local charity which provides therapy-based activities and specialist support for children and adults with neurodivergent or complex conditions.

RSM’s Aberdeen office has fundraised for the charity as part of the firm’s national ‘RSM Together’ challenge, which saw its 31 UK offices take part in fundraising activities to support local charities of their choice.

Between April and October 2023, staff from across the office took part in a number of activities including running, walking, charity BBQ and asking for donations on birthdays. One of the activities included completing the 7 Wonders of Aberdeen charity walk.

In Aberdeen, the office exceeded its fundraising target by almost 350%, coming fifth out of all the firm’s UK offices, with the achievement recognised by an additional donation from the RSM UK Foundation.

Cameron Bruce, partner in RSM’s Aberdeen office, said: ‘We were delighted to present a cheque to SensationALL for £10,376. Working with the charity over the last few years has allowed us to gain an insight into the excellent work they do to support neurodiverse individuals and their families across the North East of Scotland. This motivated the team to exceed our initial target and we hope that this can help to support their invaluable work.’
