Safelift Offshore Ltd, one of the UK's leading providers of offshore lifting and mechanical handling equipment, is continuing its growth with the recruitment of a new part-time Accounts Assistant to support its expanding operations.

With more than three decades of experience, the company designs, manufactures and supplies both standard and bespoke equipment that meets the demanding requirements of offshore environments, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and compliance.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the new Accounts Assistant will play an important role within the business, supporting the day-to-day finance function while also assisting with HR administration and front-of-house responsibilities. The position offers flexible part-time hours, making it an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual seeking a varied and rewarding role.
The successful candidate will be involved in:
- Processing purchase invoices and reconciling supplier statements
- Reconciling company credit cards
- Processing sales invoices, proforma invoices and shipping documentation
- Tracking employee holiday and absence records
- Answering reception calls and welcoming visitors
Safelift is seeking someone with experience in accounting administration, ideally with knowledge of SAGE Accounts and Microsoft Office. Strong organisational skills, integrity, and the ability to work independently are essential, while previous HR experience would be advantageous but is not required.
The role is based at Safelift Offshore's headquarters in Kemnay, Aberdeenshire, with flexible working days and hours available.
