Bon Accord Heritage, the local charity behind the ‘Save Bon Accord Baths’ campaign, has launched a new membership scheme with an appeal for support from the North-east’s influential business community.
The Friends of Bon Accord Baths scheme invites the public to play a direct role in the building’s future by pledging a small monthly donation, with 100% of the funds supporting the charity’s ongoing efforts to restore and reopen the beloved venue.
You can sign up today by visiting: https://bonaccordbaths.org.uk/membership/.
Bon Accord Baths is more than an architectural landmark - it is home to countless local stories, vibrant memories and echoes of the city’s past. To ensure its re-opening, the charity is now seeking the support of Aberdeen’s "change-makers” to help transition this Art Deco masterpiece from a historic relic into a vibrant community asset.
Investing in Aberdeen’s future
The ‘Friends’ scheme allows individuals to make a meaningful contribution to the project for as little as £5 per month. In recognition of their generous support, members will receive exciting benefits including:
- Exclusive member-only merchandise.
- Insightful newsletters.
- Early-bird access to ticketed events held within the historic Baths.
A call to the business community
The restoration of Bon Accord Baths represents a significant opportunity for urban regeneration in the North-East. By supporting the project, local businesses can contribute to the city’s cultural wealth and social ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) goals.
Plans are currently underway to develop a dedicated Corporate Friends scheme to provide local businesses with structured ways to meet their ESG goals through heritage preservation.
