Savills expands valuation team in Aberdeen

International real estate advisor Savills continues to bolster its presence in Aberdeen with the addition of Claire Robison, who joined the firm on Wednesday January 4 as an associate.

A registered valuer, Claire has been working in Aberdeen and north Scotland for over five years and joins Savills from Ryden. At Savills Claire will focus on the valuation of commercial, industrial and retail property plus development land.

Another addition to the Savills valuation team in Aberdeen is Cara Duncan, a registered valuer previously based in the firm’s Fochabers office. Cara’s focus in Aberdeen will be on the valuation of agricultural land and buildings and the wider rural property sector.

Simpson Buglass, head of office at Savills in Aberdeen, comments: “We are delighted to welcome both Claire and Cara to the office who, together, allow us to offer a dedicated valuation team in Aberdeen covering a broad range of property types.”

Craig Timney, head of valuation for Scotland at Savills, adds: “This is a positive addition to our existing offer in Scotland as we look to grow our valuation business whilst retaining a focused approach for our clients.”

Simpson Buglass is a registered valuer and arbitrator member of the RICS Dispute Resolution Service.
