Enigma-is is looking for experienced Part 1, Part 2, and Advanced Scaffolders to join a growing team covering multiple client locations throughout Tayside, Fife, Perthshire, and Aberdeenshire.

To be considered for the roles, you must have experience with erecting and dismantling Kwikstage & HAKI System Scaffold on new-build housing development sites. Candidates must hold a CISRS accreditation and have an appetite for maximising their potential.

The company offers enhanced rates of pay based on productivity. Most of Enigma’s scaffolders earn well in excess of what they would on comparable CIJC hourly pay (rates of pay are on a price work basis (measured rates)). They also provide transport to site, and travel time is payable at CIJC rates. Successful candidates will play a key role in maintaining health and safety standards and supporting site operations by working closely with supervisors and site teams to ensure project deadlines are met. The organisation also provides excellent opportunities for ongoing training and personal development within the construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.

Enigma-is also require experienced scaffold COTS labourers to assist scaffolders in the chaining of materials to the workface and checking the storage and quantity of scaffold equipment. Interpretation of material that scaffolders require for erection with the identification of scaffold components, is essential for this role.
