The result of the Scottish Parliament election in the Aberdeen South and North Kincardine constituency was as follows:
Aberdeen South and North Kincardine: electorate 59,710; total valid votes cast 32,340; turnout 54.38%.
- Alison EVISON, Scottish Labour Party, 5,603 votes
- Ross THOMSON, Scottish Conservative and Unionist Party, 10,849 votes
- John WADDELL, Scottish Liberal Democrats, 2,284 votes
- Maureen WATT, Scottish National Party (SNP), 13,604 votes
Maureen Watt was duly elected.
