As February approaches, vibrant new flavours are entering the Amuse kitchen.

Wonderful new season rhubarb and blood oranges are taking centre stage. Featuring in the new menu, Amuse has added a classic rice pudding with poached Yorkshire rhubarb, almond crumb, blood orange jelly and lemon oil.

Another classic has made its way on to the menu – ice cream and jelly! This features two scoops of rhubarb and stem ginger ice cream, blood orange jelly and a rhubarb and custard cone.

As well as its a la carte and tasting menu, Amuse has a Market Lunch menu available Thursday–Saturday 12pm–2:15pm. This is a perfect menu for a quick business lunch, offering fresh, seasonal dishes alongside fantastic hospitality.
