Shepherd Chartered Surveyors is on the move

Shepherd Chartered Surveyors is on the move to new premises in the popular coastal town of Fraserburgh to give it a broader view of the local housing market.

An expression of its confidence in the buoyancy of demand for housing in Fraserburgh, the firm has relocated to 54 Broad Street in the heart of the town.

Headed up by Alan Kennedy, who has worked from Shepherd’s Fraserburgh base for three decades, the new office brings Shepherd closer to the town’s business sector.

“Having seen recent signs for optimism in the local housing market with increased levels of interest across all price ranges, this move will make us more visible, easier to find, and bring us closer to our clients,” he said.

“Broad Street is considered the main retailing pitch within the town and, as such, our new office benefits from high levels of passing pedestrian and vehicular traffic with a further benefit of on-street car parking also provided within the nearby area.

“We believe we can enhance even further the level of property services we can offer to local residents and businesses by moving to a more central location.

“One of our key requirements when sourcing our new office was that we want to be readily accessible to our customer base and we feel our new office is ideal in this respect. And our newly installed signage gives us an enhanced presence and visibility within the town. I am convinced that the move will have a positive impact on new and existing customer experiences.”
