Shepherd Chartered Surveyors is on the move to new premises in Peterhead to bring it closer to its client base.
An expression of its confidence in Peterhead’s property market, the firm has relocated from top floor premises on Harbour Street to a ground floor shop front unit at 5 Chapel Street in the heart of Peterhead town centre.
Headed up by [artner Andrew Sykes, the new office brings Shepherd closer to the town’s business sector.
“This move will make us more visible, easier to find, and bring us closer to our clients,” he said.
“We have had a presence in Peterhead since 1990, but this is our first time in a shop unit in the centre of the town’s business and retail district.
“We believe we can enhance even further the level of property services we can offer to local residents and businesses by moving to a more central location.
“One of our key requirements when sourcing our new office was that we want to be readily accessible to our customer base and we feel our new office is ideal in this respect. And our newly installed signage gives us an enhanced presence and visibility within the town. I am convinced that the move will have a positive impact on new and existing customer experiences.”
