Aberdeen-based managed IT provider Simblox has welcomed Lewis Hawick as Systems Engineer First Line, further strengthening its technical support team. 

Lewis joins Simblox with a BSc (Hons) in Computing: Application Software Development from Robert Gordon University and brings with him a strong passion for technology, problem-solving and customer support. In his role, he will act as a first point of contact for clients, helping to deliver day-to-day technical support and contributing to the business’s customer-focused approach.

Lewis said: “I’m delighted to have joined the team at Simblox. I’m looking forward to bringing my experience in tech and software development to the team whilst continuing to build my knowledge, and supporting our customers, whether that’s fixing IT issues they’re experiencing or optimising the performance of their technology.”

The appointment reflects Simblox’s continued investment in its technical team as the business grows.
