Aberdeen recruitment specialist Eden Scott has welcomed three new additions to its team. The company, which has offices in Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Glasgow, has expanded its recruitment team and marketing function to meet growing demand for its services in the North-east.

Experienced marketer Rebeca Salazar-Moss joins as a consultant, where she will help the organisation leverage its data insights to engage new clients and candidates.

They company also adds emerging marketing professional, Sumaiya Alim, who brings a fresh approach to Eden Scott’s brand presence. With experience in engaging core target markets, Sumaiya will help connect the best employers with exciting talent in the North-east.

Emma Shahnavaz joins Eden Scott as business manager, focusing on the accountancy and finance sector. Emma will work on strengthening existing client relationships and building new partnerships in Scotland’s key growth sectors, including renewable energy, life sciences, deep tech and AI. 

This new recruitment drive comes hot on the heels of the company's win at the 2025 WeDO Scotland Awards. Eden Scott received the SME Business of the Year award, given in recognition of the company's commitment to excellence and innovation.
