Residents looking for quality second-hand items while supporting a worthy cause can attend the charity’s popular monthly charity sale returning on Saturday, May 3rd, from 10am to 12pm in Altens, Aberdeen
For just £1 entry, shoppers can browse a wide selection of pre-owned items including toys, clothing, bric-a-brac, electrical items, mobility aids, and much more. All proceeds directly fund vital community support services across Aberdeen and surrounding areas.
Last year alone, the charity furnished 781 homes and provided nearly 200,000 meals to local residents facing hardship. Each purchase at the monthly sale contributes to these essential services that provide immediate relief to those most in need within the community.
"The monthly sales are not just about finding great bargains—they're about making a tangible difference in people's lives," said Yekemi Otaru, chief executive officer at Somebody Cares SCIO. "Every pound spent helps the charity continue its mission of supporting Aberdeen residents through difficult times."
Free parking is available on site, making it convenient for visitors to attend and take home their finds.
