A dazzling new season of shows has been announced by Aberdeen Performing Arts, as the latest brochure for His Majesty’s Theatre and the Music Hall was revealed.
Leading the way is shimmering West End hit Burlesque, coming to His Majesty’s Theatre from Tuesday, April 13 to Saturday, April 17 2027, with high energy fan favourite Grease the Musical visiting from Tuesday, September 28 to Saturday, October 2 2027 and the darkly comedic Heathers the Musical comes to His Majesty’s from Tuesday, April 6 to Saturday April 10 2027,
Drama fans will be treated to a new production of Agatha Christie’s The Hollow from Tuesday, February 23 to Saturday, February 27 2027, while families can enjoy Dinosaur World Live when it takes over His Majesty’s from Friday, July 23 to Sunday, July 25, 2027. Comedy is also catered for when cabaret comics Fascinating Aida return to charm Music Hall audiences on March 10, 2027.
The newly announced shows join an already impressive line-up for the two iconic city centre venues, with Mrs Doubtfire, CATS, Scottish Ballet’s Cinders! and Beyond Broadway Experience – Bring It On recently added to the His Majesty’s Theatre 2027 line-up and comedians Romesh Ranganathan and Ed Gamble visiting the Music Hall on Wednesday, November 25 2026 and Saturday, February 13 2027 respectively.
