On Saturday, April 29 St Margaret’s School for Girls will host a Spring Ball at the Marcliffe Hotel and Spa.
This is a special event which was planned to take place during the year of the school's 175th anniversary in 2021. Postponed due to restrictions on social events we are delighted that this event will now take place this April. Ticket sales are underway and the school have had some amazing prizes donated for the online auction and fundraising on the night.

Guests will enjoy a drinks reception followed by a three-course meal with coffee and mints. Entertainment will be provided by local band, Mustang, with a DJ from midnight to 1pm. A Photobooth will be available on the night to take some fun snaps of guests who can also participate in the raffle with some amazing prizes. There will also be a limited number of tickets available on the night to win a beautiful gold and diamond necklace and earrings set donated by Finnies the Jeweller.
Online auction
The school also has some amazing auction prizes on offer including weekend breaks, dining experiences and family days out. There are also two prize draws – one for a Fairfax and Favor handbag and purse, and one for a silver dress ring and bangle set. Funds raised at the Spring Ball will support the school's means-tested Bursary Programme and local charity Charlie House.
