Leading independent housebuilder and timber systems manufacturer, Stewart Milne Group, has been confirmed as the latest sponsor for a charity ball which takes place at The Chester Hotel on Saturday August 25.
The ball is being planned by The ARCHIE Foundation, the official charity of the Royal Aberdeen Children’s Hospital. The charity funds child-friendly hospital spaces, specialist medical equipment, advanced staff training, and emergency grants to support local sick children and their families.
Stewart Milne, chairman of Stewart Milne Group said: “There is no doubt about the terrific work ARCHIE does in supporting families when their children are ill and we are pleased to be able to sponsor the dinner which will enable more money raised on the night to go directly towards this work.”
David Wood, chief executive of The ARCHIE Foundation, said: “We are thrilled to be able to confirm that Stewart Milne Group will be sponsoring this year’s Children’s Hospital Storybook Ball. Stewart and his partner Joanna are long-standing supporters of ARCHIE and we are indebted to them for their continued support.
“The generosity of all our sponsors plays a key role in making events like this happen, and in allowing us to continue our vital work helping the patients of the Royal Aberdeen Children’s Hospital and their families.
There are a limited number of sponsorship opportunities available to support this year’s event.
