Stewart Milne Homes has been granted planning permission for an additional 121 homes at Aberdeen’s newest community at Countesswells.

The new phase from the award-winning housebuilder will be known as Jubilee Walk and will comprise of a range of two, three and four bedroom homes.

The new phase of the development follows the success of the first neighbourhood, Regency Place, which is home to over 160 families and boasts extensive landscaped grounds including the Cults Burn Park, a playpark and a community orchard.

High levels of demand have resulted in the build programme being accelerated with homeowners keen to become part of one of Scotland’s most attractive and innovative new towns.

Development of the new community will be phased over 15 years, boosting the local economy and supporting at least 1,000 constructions job and creating new employment opportunities in the area.
