Dalriada Luxury Lodges, overlooking Stonehaven Golf Club, comprises eight two-bedroom self-catering properties on a 1.4-acre site and was launched in 2018 by former oil and gas executive Bob McAlpine and his family as part of a £1.5million development.
The family has now decided to sell ahead of retirement, with Graham & Sibbald inviting offers for the freehold business.
