Stronachs has once again been awarded Platinum Employer Partner accreditation by the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), recognising the law firm's continued investment in its people.
The firm's private client team received the highest of the three accreditation levels awarded through STEP's Employer Partnership Programme following a rigorous review process, which takes place every three years.
The accreditation recognises organisations that demonstrate excellence in learning and development, career progression and employee engagement. By retaining Platinum status, Stronachs has reinforced its commitment to fostering a culture that supports both technical excellence and professional growth.
As part of the assessment, Stronachs was also commended for its consistent approach to learning, including study support, CPD, mentoring, and the integration of learning into day-to-day practice.
Stronachs’ private client team, which advises individuals and families across Scotland and beyond on wills, trusts and succession planning, has been a STEP Employer Partner since 2016 and first achieved Platinum accreditation in 2020.

The re-accreditation follows a series of recent successes for the firm. Stronachs' private client team has been shortlisted in the Family Law or Private Client Team of the Year category at the Scottish Legal Awards 2026.
The firm has also been recognised in the Chambers High Net Worth Guide 2026, retaining its Band 2 ranking for Private Wealth Law for firms practising in Aberdeen and the surrounding area. The guide ranks the leading lawyers and law firms serving high net worth individuals and families around the world.
