Former first minister Nicola Sturgeon is to visit Aberdeen as part of a tour promoting her autobiography - and will offer fans the chance of a meet and greet... for over £100.

Sturgeon is holding a Q&A event at the Music Hall in September - An Evening with Nicola Sturgeon - with tickets ranging from £33 to £73.

However, if attendees want the opportunity of a face-to-face meet and greet with the former SNP leader, they'll need to stump up another £75 on top.

Sturgeon's Music Hall show is part of a string of similar events, mainly in Edinburgh, which, the Scottish Daily Express reports, appear to be timed to promote her new autobiography - Frankly.

The £100-plus ticket price to meet her comes despite Sturgeon still officially being an MSP, who her constituents should be able to contact and meet with to discuss issues they are having.
