Multi award-winning torque specialist EnerQuip brought its 10th anniversary celebrations to a close by announcing that it is on track to achieve a major financial landmark.

The ambitious Aberdeenshire-headquartered business had originally set its sights on a “25 by 25” goal, aiming to hit $25 million turnover by 2025.  However, near 70% growth in 2022/23 allowed the business to surpass that threshold ahead of schedule so the target was uplevelled to aim for £25 million in 2025 – a figure which looks set to have been achieved by December 31st.

EnerQuip’s birthday celebrations previously included the evolution of the company’s leadership team in line with long-term strategic goals, and an unrelenting commitment to international operational excellence.

With Suriname, Guyana, Brazil and Norway all proving to be particularly busy throughout the year, the company also remains committed to exploring new markets with 2025’s notable successes including the sale of EnerQuip’s first unit to Spain where it will be used in a government-backed project.

The company has also experienced exponential growth in the Middle East which now accounts for half of revenues.  With UAE and Saudi Arabia particularly busy, EnerQuip will have people on the ground permanently from January 2026 and aims to pool resources across its global operations to ensure swift, efficient and timely delivery of products and services.

Commenting on the company’s momentous year, Darren Bragg, chief commercial officer said: “With 100% of our capital revenue now entirely made up of non-UK business, and approximately 90% of our service/aftermarket revenue coming from overseas locations, it is important that we continue our efforts to grow and expand our footprint across our regional operations, with expansions into the right geographies a key part of our goals going forward.

“Home-grown technical excellence and taking that ‘Made in Scotland’ brand to the world, carefully balanced with local knowledge and experience, wherever in the world we operate, has proved to be a successful recipe for growth throughout the past ten years, and a roadmap for us to follow for the years ahead.

“The business has grown nearly five-fold in the last 4 years, which comes with its challenges, but we are proud to be able to create new jobs here in the UK and around the world, and to cement EnerQuip as the market leader for connection integrity.”
